Straight from mydiabetes.com:

high mark set at 120 and low mark 70..getting closer! My fasting BG has decreased from 200+ to 150-160, but it still jacks up my averages....most of the day, these days, I am under 100.....

Hi Scott...WTG...You're doing fantastic! Keep up the great work! I also have seen wonderful changes in my blood sugar from low carbing. Haven't been losing huge amounts, but those results are enough to keep me going!
