Question # Of carbs in sugar free jell-O?

Hello everybody! I just have a quick question that has been bugging me for the past few days now. What is the carb count in a cup of sugar free jell-O? The box says zero per serving...is that correct? Any answers would be appreciated! Thanks

from I know it is 0 carbs BUT I think it contain splenda or one of the sugar substitutes - which can induce a stall even if it has no carbs.

As far as I know, 0 means 0 in this case. However, since food manufacturers are known to "round down" this could mean "less than 1 carb."

As with all "free" foods, consume in moderation. Artificial sweeteners of any kind aren't that good for the body, even without carbs.

Still, sf Jell-O is a saving grace for many of us. Enjoy--and put on a little dab of real mayonnaise, or whipped heavy cream (easy on the Splenda).

Gelatin, sweetener, flavorings... nothing in there screams "hidden carbs" to me. SF Jello is my bedtime-snack crutch.
