Yeppers, Alopex, it's a great site - but it has a habit of being really slow or unavailable during really busy times

In particular I love their clickalbe Muscle Map - makes picking new exercises so much more organized.

Yeah, I found it when I was looking for new weight exercises and more effective stretches. Haven't run into any slowness yet, though.

Checked out the site.. fantastic.

Had to laugh at some of the tests though.. sit up, push up, sit and reach... reminds me of when I had to take the "President's Physical Fittness" test in elementary and middle school. The sit up test is not one of my fondest childhood memories
