Default karen, new book?

Karen, do you have any plans for another low carb cookbook? I've enjoyed the first one very much.

I would like to take a gander at your first book as well.. I thought I had read where you had 4 books out now.. actually?.. which one came frist.. and do you recommend them to be bought in any kind of order.. (hmm .. I wonder if anyone is selling them in a 4 pack??)

Do you know where they could be picked up in southern California?

Hi pinktulips.

Thanks for the compliment. So far, no new book is on the horizon. Low-carb has really waned in popularity.

dianna, have you checked amazon. I think that most book sellers would have it as it was published in the USA.

Oh, I hope you do another book. You don't have to call it low-carb; call it high-protein or low GI or whatever term gets thrown around at the time it is published.

Or just call it Good Food. You don't have to say it's low-carb. We'll know. And we can get the word out; we have the Internets!

Karen, I've also been really impressed with Low Carb Gourmet...in fact, it's sitting next to my computer right now because your cheese/noodle recipe was an inspiration for a crepe variation (sometimes, a 'new' recipe is just a happy collision of a couple of other recipes in my head.) Anyway, I've had a lot of fun with the recipes on the days I am up to eating and cooking, and on the days when I'm not, it's my favorite thing about a good cookbook...a wonderful read. Job well done, Karen!
