Hello everyone! If you live in Cincinnati/Dayton/Columbus, Ohio, lets support each other!!

This is my second time on a weight-loss low carb. I lost about 40 lbs about 2 years ago; been on a maintenance diet since then; have kept it off and have set my sight on reaching my goal weight by my "Fifth Annual Fifty Birthday Part" (1.5 years)

Hi!

The diet is going good but the weight loss is on a temporary stall. I amnot panicing because having been on atkins before I know that can happen. Seems like body is having a hard time wanting to break the 290 barrier. But I am sticking with the diet and I am also on a sort of calorie counting diet at the same time. So We shall see - What we shall se.!Tell me about yourself. Where are you located.
