Post 15 lbs. lost

Hello,

My 2 weeks Induction was over on Monday. I lost 15 lbs. That is a miracle for me!

But I have stayed the same since Monday, but am still in medium ketosis.

Guess it is my body adjusting to the loss.

I am staying on Induction one week at a time from here on out.

Easter was ok, didn't miss the chocolate, just those darn PEEPS.

Default Easter was tough

Congrats on your 15 pound loss! WOW! I lost 0 pounds during my first two weeks of induction. Now, I'm in my thrid week of induction and I've modified my diet by taking in less calories. I've almost cut them in half and it's working. I'm steadily losing 1 pound per day.

Oh, Easter was tough. I was missing three things. I always used to have them every year for Easter: chocolate covered marshmallows, peaut butter and chocolate easter bunnies, and this is the big one...those chocolate cadbury eggs that look like they have real egg yolk inside of them. I did miss those a bit, but hey, we made the right choices! Yay, for us!

Good for you. Keep up the good work!

Andrea

well done Chloe,

now begins the harder part,

living with this WOE long term,

your weekly fat burn will be less probably,

but the easy part is that this is a diet one can live with, it can be delicious and satisfying,

after a while you need not think about it every minute of the day,

after months now I have purged my house of nonLC food so that I can virtually go into the kitchen and eat anything,

this is an unusual feeling for a fat person,

eating all this LC stuff I am losing a pound or two a week steady,

hey I might even be able to have a normal life!!!

keep it up Chloe

Andrea, how many calories are you taking in per day? I was thinking the same thing. I'm loosing about 1 kg (2.2 lbs) week. Slow, but steady. Would like it to go just a little bit faster tho.
Cheers...Pam
