Day 2 of 90

1) Upon waking each morning, say a prayer of gratitude.

2) Drink 80+ ounces of water a day.

3) Do 15 minutes of a chore I have been procrastinating, (there is a revolving mental list) (lawyers office for notarization info. )

4) Limit 2 BPC max (1 today)

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Thawing steak to BBQ tomorrow. 4 oz of steak and salad for lunch, 4 oz of steak and an avocado for supper)

Eating only one meal a day, dinner, for the next 90 days.
Allowing 24 times for a second meal, about 2 per week. 0/24
Allowing for 24 CAD meals, about 2/week 1/24

CO allowed at hungry moments. Or other fat.

Good days: 33
So-so eating: 15
Off the mark: 8

Late snacks: 17

Tuesday: another good day/no snacking/nice workout.

4) Limit 2 BPC max (1 today)

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (BBQed steak and asparagus, chicken thighs and cauliflower)

Wednesday: Good day/no snacking/nice workout. I seem to be doing better since my vacation. Fewer excuses, accepting that I need to get serious about sticking to my plan if I want to drop some weight.

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (lunch, bacon and eggs, supper BBQed pork tenderloin and loaded salad)

3) Do 15 minutes of a something I have been procrastinating. ( Costco run, more than 15 minutes but needed)

4) Limit 2 BPC max (1 today) (did have 2 not 1 decaf though)

5) Plan lunch and supper for the next day. (Probably just supper, BBQed pork tenderloin and spinach salad, out racing tomorrow, macadamia nuts during race)
