I was super excited to see that number this morning, 2 ounces from my all time low of this latest 5+ month journey. I have struggled up and down the same lbs for 2+ months, tried to tweak, trick and trade my soul (well not really of course) but we all know that feeling when we say, just for today I would do anything to just stay on track, on plan and behave.LOL Anything under 166.2 will be totally uncharted territory for me. This seems actually real this time.
I know I am not alone in this bouncing, struggling, just please let me figure out how to get past this point and start losing weight again so I can continue on my journey to healthy!
