Back to day one on low carb.
Hi my name is lisa. I just weighed myself. I fifty five pounds to go to hit my goal weight. I am glad this place is here because I needed somewhere to be accountable. I am starting phase one on south beach diet along with making sure I workout daily. I have already lost a substantial amount of weight. I seriously have a major carb addiction !! Carbs seem to send me on a spiral of non stop eating. Time to put them down and get to my goal.
