I buy nuts at Costco and grind them myself. I do buy my defatted soy flour and my coconut flour from Bulk barn- as well as some of their flavourings- raspberry, strawberry, grape and cherry. I buy some Bison hot dogs from Sobeys. I buy my xylitol from Organza. And I usually buy my coconut oil and guar gum at Vita-Health.

Unfortunately, I live in a crappy little town 8hrs from 'home' in Winnipeg. So I just buy large amounts when in Winnipeg.

I also live in a very small town and do not have many choices when shopping. The blue menu ketchup is always in my fridge. I eat meat, cheese and veggies so I don't buy much else. I also always have coconut oil and coconut milk on hand.

I love Bulk Barn. I get nut flours, flax seeds, baking chocolate, cocoa powder, unsweetened coconut, coconut flour, TVP for my veggie SO, and lots of other things I can't think of off the top of my head. It's great for all of those gluten-free alternative flours and starches.

Another pantry item I like is Solo brand generic Splenda. I get it at Giant Tiger and it's only $1.99 for 100 packets.

I have 2 3-lb buckets of Tenderflake lard that I got for 3 bucks each at GT. It's way cheaper than butter, so I save the butter for when I really want butter flavour.

Now as frugal as I am, I just dropped 19 bucks to have 3 bottles of Heinz OneCarb ketchup shipped to me. The Blue Menu doesn't do it for me. That'll last me until the next time I go to the US.

I buy a lot of products in the states. I get the Heinz ketchup and tonnes of Atkins products there for super cheap! They have WAY more variety than we do. I order a lot of stuff from thelowcarbgrocery.com. I get SF straberry Torani from Second Cup. We have a local organic grocery store in Winnipeg called Eat It. They carry lots of stuff like Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Xanthan Gum, etc. Good stuff!

I don't have much in the way of pantry stuff.

That being said, I do have spices, the blue menu ketchup, cans of coconut milk, evoo.

I keep my nuts in the freezer.
