And judging by my past experience they don't always work either!! Tightening muscles is great BUT ... it doesn't burn off the fat and I can promise you, what I have going here is FAT ... not lack of muscle control (well .... maybe not perfect muscle control, but still ... the FAT is the "pinch a few inches" kind. Plus my scale is prolly a pound or 6 off, so if I aim for 125, I might actually be at 130.

Oy, never quite enough time, is there? Glenda, I wish we could have chatted more. Steph, you missed a great time and a hug! Ditto Anny and (watch out, we hug!) Luba and Tamik, if you manage to get into our orbit next month (check here:
http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=380593
for the new September thread) ...I know, Glenda, I'm just posting it again, loud and clear, to make sure it gets seen a couple of tiimes... .

Hugs all round....oh, BTW, Anny's physio seems to be regularly on Tuesdays, should we try for another day, mmmmmmmmmmmmm, Wednesday? next time? Or maybe rummage up another potluck/bbq...that was SO good at Anny's house, and she's a fab hostess ! (my mom would be ashamed of me).

If crunches actually worked, I'd have a 6 pack rather than a 24.....LOL - I prolly do have a 6 pack, but it's HIDING!

Unhappy sorry to have missed the group dinner

I did not see the dinner posting in time, so I took a few neighborhood kids swimming ~ Seapark instead. I am glad the group had a bit of fun.
