I just came across this forum and it has just what I have been looking for! I just started the CKD today and am looking for some good resources from this board.

Ya i have noticed that 2. Where the hell is everyone? Maybe there is enough info on here now to cover everything.
Maybe it is seasonal.
Last late spring there were a page of new posts a day.

If you have any questions I can hopefuly answer them for you! I researched the CKD a ton and I did one for a while, and I learned a lot so I might be able to help you.

On mine, I did it for around 2 months and I lost 24 lbs of fat and gained 4 lbs of muscle! Doing NO cardio too, so hopefully next time I can knock off more weight in less time doing HIIT cardio!

What did you do after those two months to make sure you didn't gain any of the fat back? What did your nutrtion look like? TIA!
