Default Low carb low calorie diet?

Hi everyone, I'm new and I just had a couple of questions from all the experts out there

I'vehave been following the atkins diet since the beginning of march and have lost about a stone and a half. I have recently been ill with the flu and therefore eating very little, less than 800 calories a day, still staying under 20g of carbs a day for about a week and a half now. Because my diet is very low calorie and fat now does that mean I am no longer in ketosis even though my carb count is low, and does that mean I can start to reintroduce carbs now if I maintain the low calories? I still feel unwell so I'm still not eating much because of that, I'm not eating so few calories on purpose

I just went threw the same thing with the stomick flu this week and my cals. where under 200 per day for three days. I am out of kytosis because unknown to me my cold medicine contains lots of corn syrup. Its nyquil cold and flu.
