He puts some great stuff together. He has mixes that aim for certain beats per minute so you can run at the right cadence. It's cool.

Looks like he's put together a mix to follow couch to 5K. That is a great program that I used to start running. Very sensible and gradual. I always hated running, and now I love it. Good luck!

I'm using the couch to 5K program right now, it is great. Keeps me from speeding up and overstriding. I'm falling in love with running again also. It's my perfect time to myself.

I love podrunner! Haven't used it in a while, but great for running to.

I listen to podrunner some times while I am riding my hand cycle. It takes me about 1 hour to do 11 mile lap around my house.
