Default Ab Exercise

The best ab exercise known to man is the wise usage of the fork, spoon, and knife.

Good abs are a product of a good diet. You might already have invisble abs hidden under the fat layer.

You might want to run the search engine for "abs" to find some better exercises up there. Ab exercising supplements a good diet for fine tuning the way it looks - that is after you loose the flab.

From everything I've read, you might have great ab muscles, but they will never show up if there's a layer of fat hiding them.. so I spose you have to have a low body fat percentage to get that coveted six pack.

(Being underweight, I don't have a problem getting my ab muscles to show up. Now, I didn't HAVE any ab muscles before I started exercising, so even though I didn't have a layer of fat, you still couldn't see anything. I started doing crunches on one of those exercise balls--the cheap ones you can buy at Walmart or Target for fifteen bucks--and now I have a visible six pack. It actually only took a few weeks for it to start showing up. I think crunches do work, as long as you're doing them the right way and you feel your ab muscles working as you do them.)
