Question Do I need the BFL Book?

I am interested in starting Body For Life (the exercise portion), and was wondering if the book is a must-have. I have perused the web site, and the info seems a bit light. Does the book provide more info, or can I get what I need from the web site?

Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Amy

Hi again, Amy I'd say yes, you need the book. If buying it is a problem, check with your local library - they should have a few copies. Also, www.half.com or amazon will sell used books for a fraction of the cost. It's a worthy investment, IMHO.

Cheers,
Nat
