Thumbs up Abs finally!

I did it! I finally have not a 6 but a 4 pack! Woo hoo!
And to think I did it all within 6 months. (read 6 months of dedication and hard work!) Just in time for the nice summer weather.

Bikini season here I come!
Haven't worn a bikini in 10 years.

Just thought I'd share my good news and hope everybody is still as dedicated as I am to get to where they want to be!

Maybe I wrote it down wrong!
Anyways what I meant was, I may not have a six pack but a four is just as good!

Gotcha. I was thinking I'm too far away from seeing my abs that I forgot how many are there!

The amount of bodyfat % you hold on your body determines if your abs will show through or not.

No fancy tricks or secrets. Just pure determination and dedication!

Aerobics for 45 minutes 5-6 days a week plus resistance training and of course a clean diet.

Default WAIST REDUCTION

I work out every day alternating aerobics (Jane Fonda tapes) and aerobics with weights (The Firm videos). I'm losing everywhere except my waist. I've always been thick in the waist compared to the rest of me. Any suggestions?

Irish
