Default I just finished lunch ...

Salad greens, chicken I baked at home on top, and finished off with Newman's Ceasar salad dressing. Now I'm having a piece of sugar free gum for dessert. I love full fat dressing - when I was doing NS again last week, I bought a FF dressing and I had to throw it away - it was awful. So nice to be able to enjoy salads.

I just had a small amount of spaghetti made with shirataki noodles, a wedge of Light Orignial Swiss cheese and a sliver of my chocolate birthday cake smothered in fresh strawberries. Life is good.
