Default Knock, knock, can I come in?

Hi everyone,

I'm new to this forum, but not new to LC'ing. I was successful on PP two years ago, losing my goal of 18 lbs. And, kept it off. But, I fell off the wagon and now I've gained back all but 8 lbs. I made the decision last night to get back on the plan. How nice it was to find this great forum for support. Looking forward to chatting with everyone

We'd like to hear more about how you got off the wagon, and whether there are some recommendations you have or warnings about unexpected pitfalls. This will help me as I am on a maintenance level for the first time and wonder what's in store for me.
