Default 30 lbs and 2 clothing sizes down

I am down 2 sizes in jeans and wearing clothes I have not been able to wear in years. I am posting this today because I bought jeans in a size 14, washed and dried them and then SLIPPED RIGHT INTO THEM.

I feel AMAZING, and better yet, love the food I eat every day and KNOW I can maintain my current lifestyle. I don't feel deprived or stressed about my food.

I just can't explain how great of a feeling this is. I have lost 3 years of weight gain in just under 6 months.

My new life is beginning!

We have the same story!! I lost my 25 lbs of law school weight in just under 4 months too! (and I'm old... law is a second career!) I'm down 28 lbs now too... and down two sizes in jeans!

Isn't life grand? What did you do "time" for?

Master's in Animal Science. The first two years were bad enough, then the second half a year + to write 150 pp Thesis... that REALLY did me in weight wise. Super stress and sitting in front of a laptop 14 hrs a day. BAD!

It totally is "doing time" isnt it?? hehe.

Life is GRAND now!!! Today I even weighed in with MORE loss for the week!

Thanks so much guys!!!
