Hi Veronica, How are you doing today? A good carb counter tool, is a small book, it's like 4" x 5". I keep 1 in my purse. I think it is called Calorie King. It is under $9 I think, they offer a new a new one every year, and it includes alot of restaurants' food. I don't buy a new one every year b/c we do not eat out much. Here is the link http://www.calorieking.com/ The book can be found at book store and I think Walmarts carry them too.

I like to go to sites such as foodnetwork.com or look in cookbooks and "tweak" recipes that interest me to make them low carb and healthy! It's a fun challenge for me and really can keep low carb eating interesting and fun.

Hello there! I've been doing pretty good in staying away from boxed stuff. I do get a sweet tooth every now and then.
I've gotta do some hunting around the net for some recipes I might like.

Ok, I think I'm getting the hang of it now
