Hi everybody!

Well, I'm starting a new lifestyle. With a history of diabetes being in my family and finding out that basically, carbs/sugar is what is keeping me fat and I've decided that I've got to stop this unhealthy cycle of obesity. Just came here for advice and support. Thanks
