I am doing Somersizing, using lean meats and trying not to use so much fat!! Been a little too liberal with that lately. I am also adding more vegetables to our diet. Have just started having 1/2 cup of oatmeal in the morning. Keeps me full till lunch.

Default just started somersizing too!

I have also started somersizing. I love it so far

I am having a tough time giving up the caffeine but I am transitioning that part... moving slowly to decaf.

I am also looking for a jarred tomato sauce that is legal on the somersize plan.

I also eat oatmeal when I first get up. I put one packet of splenda in it. I love being able to have some carbs in the AM and still lose.
