Ok. Jumping into the Fracas.
Hiya Thunder....we got off to a bad start in the "squat" discussion.
In any case, just wanted to swing by and say hello--- and btw, there are definitely people on this board interested in powerlifting and growth as well as just weight loss.
I would ultimately like to get to about 15% bf-- no idea what that will make me weight wise, but I know its gonna involve some more fat loss at some point. However, it`s getting colder here in the Northeast, and I don`t like dieting when my body wants desperately to get fat for the winter. Thus, I am doing a CKD style maintenance thing for food, and just lifting heavy. I probably wont lose any fat (or even really try to) until February-ish, so I`m just focusing on building up strength.
In any case, glad to have another knowledgeable lifter on the board--- gotta countenance those people who get nowhere with 4-hour elliptical sessions.....
