Thanks so much Kathy. Now all I need to do is get back into posting my daily exercising. It is a good thing that I also keep a notebook at home with them. Now to get back up to date.

7-12-04= 2 Mile Walk Video (13,138 steps)

7-13-04=2 Mile Walk Video & Mowed front yard (15,393 steps)

7-14-04= 3 Mile Walk Video (13,428 steps)

7-15-04= 1 Mile Walk Video (13,799 steps)

7-16-04= 2 Mile Walk Video (19,971 steps)

7-17-04= 1 Mile Walk Video (11,697 steps)

7-18-04= 3 Mile Walk Video (19,521 steps)

7/19/04= 2 Mile Walk Video (9,201 steps) Not feeling well & slept a lot on Monday---which is why my steps were so low

7-20-04= 2 Mile Walk Video (12,548 steps)

Well that gets me current as of today. It is kinda fun to look back and see what I have accomplished. Before I started on this WOE, I never exercised at all. I think that losing the weight has really given me more confidence in myself and what I can do.

7-21-04= 2 Mile walk ( measured bt pedometer)
