60mins powerwalk. This was all I could get in today. My lower body has been sore all day because of yesterdays weight training. Ugh, back to the gym on Friday No pain, no gain?
4 mile run (treadmill), 3 mile powerwalk (trail) and washed the van. So glad the weather was nice today. I missed being outside. What I have found out though is the techno music I walk to is now too slow. I was actually walking faster than the music. So now, I must find faster music.
