Hello everyone, I've been MIA
for a wee while but this was only due to Christmas festivities and not because I fell off the LC wagon
It's only been about a week, but still
I missed my friends in low carb places and am happy to be reporting my progress again.
Last party was a cake walk but without the cake
Church ladies usually start recipes with sour cream, mayo, and butter which is more than fine...but why do they have to ruin it by adding 2lbs of sugar
Most of them are diabetics or pre-diabetic
So I had some meatballs, cheese and roast beef and then I won the Ugly Christmas sweater contest!
Starting weight for Dec was 160 and Dec goal is 157

Happy to break the 150's...now I just have to stay there.
Lots of travel, skiing and Hot springs coming up.
Hopefully this will be the year my daughter doesn't have to hike up a mountain sideways on her skis and pull me out of a snow drift
