Congratulations on your wonderful success! It's inspiring to read that somebody has done so well just doing what they're supposed to be doing, no crazy plans or practices

It's wonderful that you've also inspired and helped your daughter get healthier as well.

Continued success!

Good for you! My loss was about the same, over the same period of time-amazing isnt it!! And you can still have a mostly normal life.

It sounds like you and your family are starting a wonderful new (lighter and healthier) life together! Im very happy for you.

WOW! That is amazing... You are truly an inspiration! You seem to have the same height as me (not sure thought.. but judging from how you carry your weight...). I'm a size 16 right now and 227... I want to hopefully have my 14s fitting really nice by the time I'm 200.

You look AMAZING! Good luck on your final 15!

You have already inspired me!!! I am so glad you're daughter is doing better too. Kids can be so cruel when they are young.

Great Job, and keep up the good work.

Like you, I too started a low carb diet in February and in March, I joined Curves. Marvelous decision. I feel so much better and the weight just seems to be falling off. Had a lot of back and hip problems. Was afraid I couldn't do the exercises. But they actually seem to be helping them both. I still have a long way to go, but I think this time with this forum's help and support, I will lose the weight, I want and be able to maintain a healthy weight. Congratulations on your weight loss. Keep up the good work
