ATTENTION: IL/MO People and anybody that likes to travel!!!

A low carb gathering will be held on July 31st in Alton, Illinois (Gordon Moore Park)...

It will be potluck style with each person/family responsible for table service and drinks... Spouses/Significant others and kids are all welcomed!!!

Some out of town people will be coming in on Friday and staying through Sunday so this might turn out to be a whole weekend thing!!

If you are interested I have information about hotels/motels, etc!!!
