Question My Thighs feel like they're growing

Is there anyone out here that have experienced this, or heard of this. I'm in Induction first day. I ate right to the letter. Why am I feeling like I'm gaining??

It might just be water retention which is common in the first stages of LCing....you'll probably find that it will go in time, just keep drinking your water and it should go!
Drinking water to get rid of water retention doesn't make sense but it works!

Thanks Jade. You're so attentive to the needs of others, I appreciate you answering all of my crazy questions. I love this plan and glad to know I didn't mess up this time. This is my 3rd time doing it again. I'm drinking my water like I should, and watching my salt intake (which helps tremendously for me). I will go to the grocery store to get the salad veggies to get the roughage. I feel waaaay more energized this morning, I am glad about that.

Hey girl, how are you? I'm fine, and thanks for asking. My thigh thing went away too on the 2nd day, this is now my 4th day.
