Does anyone have any favorite induction snacks? I have been keeping track of my food on my journal and have been doing ok but could use some more ideas - especially ones that are very low carb.

Celery with cream cheese, cold cut roll ups with or without cheese (adding mustard is great), olives, and pepperoncini peppers are some of my go to foods. I don't feel the need to snack, and those sometimes accompany my meal, but they're great for snacks as well.
I generally don't snack, unless bored or stressed or emotionally off. But here are a few VLC ideas.
Hard boiled or deviled eggs
pork rinds dipped in your favorite fats (butter, guacamole, mayo with or without added spices)
chicken/turkey/ham or egg salad - plain, wrapped in lettuce, or scooped onto pork rinds
Chicken leg or wings
Stips of bacon
Bacon. I don't snack much anymore either. But I distinctly remember being so psychologically desperate for snacks when I first started, I would fry up pans at a time just for the salty crunchyish satisfaction. Not like you can eat pounds of bacon at once like you can bags of chips anyway. Was a lifesaver.
microwaved crispy cheese, deviled eggs, a few bites of whatever's leftover from last night, pork rinds with a little splenda and cinnamon, mayo-based chicken salad, pepperoni slices, sf jello, a small pat of butter (seriously) or a little plate with cut up veggies and a couple slices of cheese
I just had a small pat of butter.I am in induction right now and just had a small pat of butter as a snack and it helped with the low carb flu symptoms, for me.
