Default Just Wanted Some Help

Can you guys explain protein power more in detail?

Do i have to watch for calories?
What about fat? low or high?
Carbs ? 20 grms or less

Doesn't it too much protein can lead to muscle gain if you dont exercise or probably glucose ? I have no clue
