I am not sure what the problem is? I take anti-inflammatory medicines quite often to combat cramps and arthritis in my back. I am loosing.

If you have had to greatly reduce your activity level and you have kept your calories the same, you will probably experience a slow down of your loss rate.

I am not sure the medicines will slow you down. but the lack of activity that you body is used to probably will.

Aic, Thank you! That makes a lot of sense, I guess I just needed someone to tell me and boy, do I miss the fun of my activites and not happy with the extra 10 lbs.
