Low Carb Cookbooks

I generally use the www.carb-lite.au.com for most of my main meals - but have been searching high and low for a good low carb cookbook in AUZ....

Any suggestions - as I am at a loss?????

hi jaxx,

try www.angusrobertson.com.au or www.collinsbooks.com.au they sell the Linda Gassenheimer books, and of course cookbooks associated with the dfferent lc diets. personally, i trawl through the lc sites on the net and try out recipes. i work for a publishing company so maybe i should put an aussie recipe book together!

A low carb cookbook sounds like an excellent idea. - I will try both of those shops.
