My plans for the summer are full with 2 young children home from school. But maybe we'll see you around this summer, we usually get to most of the local attractions, like the Jamesville balloon fest this weekend, Oneida Lake, Niagara falls, ...and of course the State Fair.

Ok, let's shoot for September, hopefully we can get a group of 4 or more in this area.

If I can manage it, I would like very much to belong. I've gotten a job now on S. Warren Street in Syracuse at Mark Russell & Associates. My hours are 8:30 to 5:00. Wednesdays, I get done bowling at a little after 7:00 pm. That's pretty much my entire schedule.

I was contacted by a health food store near SU that is willing to sponsor a low-carb meeting in their facitilty. I am going to meet with the owners this week and find out the availability. I'll get back to you about time. The health food store is

Nope, but hopefully I can find it. There's another health food store I really like called Natur-Tyme. They have a good selection and very good prices, too.

They are at 527 Charles Ave in Syracuse.
