Angry measurements

Ive just spent a REALLY frustrating half hour trying to calculate my lean body weight, fat % etc and thought I had done ok until I got the final number for my ideal weight. The lower end weight is 49 kilos which is impossible as I am 165cms tall! I could scream. I am lousy at maths so must have messed it up but dont know how or where and am too annoyed to go back to it. I really want to start the program NOW(been on DrA so far and wanted to go over or at least combine pp) but this has really put me off. To add to it my abdomen measurement is the same as my hips! Poor, fat, funny shaped me.

What do I dooooooo!?!?!?!?!?

Have a look at this thread. Seeing how to do it with the math might help.

Default thanks

Karen,
you are an angel. I checked out the thread you recommended and I feel slightly more hopeful and ready to give those horrble calculations another go.

I have no doubt you'll succeed Harley. And guess what? I am a math challenged person too. You just have to be patient and follow the steps one by one.
