Default Salmon & Tuna

Greetings,

I am looking for recommendations for GREAT quality canned Tuna and Salmon? I know some may not like canned, but that is what I am looking for at the moment. However, the qualifier is that it needs to be in the USA. Can anyone perhaps offer some opinions on this?

There is a difference between makers of this stuff. For example, we used to purchase a brand of tuna called "Talofa". I suspect it may be available in New Zealand, but I've never seen it in the States. That stuff was incredible. I've never found it's equal, but hope that I can with some suggestions.

Thanks for any help/guidance you can offer on this.

I buy canned salmon from Vital Choice. They also have canned tuna but I've never tried it. I buy the salmon by the case. It's high quality Alaskan wild salmon

Costco's Wild caught Alaskan Salmon is from Trident Seafood, the largest US vertically integrated seafood company. http://tridentseafoods.com/Our-Story
It tastes fine to me but not sure how different they are. Prior to having a Costco nearby, I bought Trader Joe's, these are better packed. Good the entire process from family owned boats to canning is managed by a US company. I think I saw a Vital Choice product at Costco too (?)
