Default Low energy before workout

I started LC ABOUT 5 weeks ago. I am having a hard time with my workouts most days. Sometime I can only do 30 minutes cardio at level 2 use to be level 4 and my weight trainging is hard also. I usually only have coffee with cream but I now know I need to eat something before. Can any or everyone let me know what to eat I haveheard different answers, protein, cereal/lc milk apple/peanut butter, carbs or protein o both If so how much should I eat. I really am not hungry just want to fuel my body for energy. thanks

I have the same problem. I do not know what the answer is. I am really looking forward to hearing what others have to say in this area! My legs are dead weights!

Just switching to LC about 8 weeks ago your body will still be getting used to running on fat.
A couple of questions
What are your calorie levels daily?
Do you do cardio before weights?
It is recomended to do weight lifting first then cardio.
I usually do 5 min moderate cardio then lift then follow with mild cardio for 20 minutes or so.
I also have tried TKD but the carbs come after the workout.
Any ? let me know

I'm sorry to say it's because of the lack of carbs.

This never did stop for me when I was being very strict the first time.

Ditto for me, strugled until I got my cabrs up to around 100-120 g minues fiber (25-30g). Low carb and execrsie are really bad partners, sorry to say it. By low carbs I mean ketosis level <40-50g.

If you really serious about losing fat and gaining muscles rather than just losing scale weight, you can try Cycling Ketogenic Diet (CKD)

I hope this helps.

I make sure I have some glucose tablets with me in case I start to fade during my workout. I take half a tab at a time, which is a dose of 1.5 grams. It starts to work within 5 minutes. If thats not enough to perk up the muscles I take the other half about 15 mins later. It means I can complete my workout instead of giving up halfway through.

I probably only take it once in every three or four workouts, when I can feel I don't have enough fuel left to finish.
