BS with weights vs. cardio?
Just curious if anyone has compared their BS (oops-sorry Blood Sugar) after workouts with weight lifting vs. cardio. Mine seem to be lower after a good cardio workout (and I can eat more afterward But this makes me think I would lose weight faster this way.
