I would say yes fo that.
I save myself a bunch of money and make my own flax meal cereal.
Buy some flax meal or golden flax meal. Heat some water and add a couple of tablespoons of Flax meal, cinnamon, salt and splenda to taste. let is sit for two minutes and enjoy.
Also, the flax helps keep you regular!

to be honest mate i got it as a simple fix for breakfast coz with a full time job, 2 kids to help get ready and so on i aint got time to do anything time consuming...

that said, i've been working a bit away of late and the place we're at has a cafe built in, lovely bacon, eggs etc.. every day, so no need for it now...

i've been taking in your recipe ideas tho mate, dont u worry about that.. lol..

i've just given a friend of mine the link to here, she's keen to do the business and she's heard me raving about this place i think she's gunna come along..

all the best..

Tony

I used to eat Flax-O-Meal cereal every morning with Akins syrup but found that I wasn't losing as quickly...haven't tried it again since...but I did love the flavor and texture...as close to oatmeal as I was getting...
