I am leaving today for a 3 day Manager retreat, I should be able to check in but won't have a scale---so I'll reweigh on Friday 10/5 and hopefully at least stay the same or only be up a little--no control over the food as it's all catered but will be smart and try to pick and choose as much as I can!

I will be in the same boat this coming weekend; we are going out of town to a music festival for Friday, Saturday and Sunday with no scales to be had. I'm going to be taking a lot of my own food that's non-perishable (sardines, pork rinds, etc) and some perishables in a small cooler in my trunk. I hope to at least stay even for the weekend!
