I did 45 minutes of Tae-Bo this morning before a crazy day. It's a good thing I did because there wouldn't have been time later. AM cardio is a very good thing!

Everyone is doing great! I missed my workouts while I was on vacation. Somehow, walking around a mall and amusement parks just isn't the same as pool jogging or the treadmill!

Finally getting back into the routine after vacation -- got up on time this morning! 4:30 a.m.: 2 miles on treadmill, incline #4 - 6, 4.0 - 4.4 mph. Calories burned: 370.

I'm back from my cruise and will be cutting the am cardio back to once or twice a week if not out altogether. The problem is that the hubby got a job where he flies out Monday morn and doesn't come back til Friday night. That means I can't leave the house to walk i nthe hills because of the baby at home. I can probably still dance, but when the tot wakes up, it's all me to get us ready for the day and out the door on time.

Cheers,

Friday

I'm thinking I'll "take the challenge." I am assuming that walking 2-3 miles counts for cardio?
