Default I need a bit of help with korean food

Hey guys! I've been dealing with an issue lately, my doctor has put me on a diet thats...low carb? im not sure. For many of you this number is EXREMELY high, but my carb limit for a whole day is around 133 carbs. Issue is that im a newbie and i dont know how to manage myself. Another big issue is that id love to eat more korean food but i dont know what can i get or cook myself
my highest carb meal of the day is of 40carbs which is lunch.
Sorry if this is confusing im very new to the site too and this low carb thing..

Welcome to Low Carbing,

This forum supports a number of plans, some are higher in carbs. All welcome.

I do not make my own Korean food, but here are some tips for eating in restaurants that may help you adjust your home recipes or consider which recipes work best with low carb.

https://www.atkins.com/how-it-works...ut-korean-style

and this list:

https://www.thespruce.com/low-carb-korean-food-2118747

and if you widen the search to the broader "Asian Food" category, you will likely find many recipes and suggestions for substitutes for rice and noodles. There are noodle substitutes in the US markets, made with tofu and glucomannan shirataki, or you can make "rice" from cauliflower:

Follow your doctors advice and see what happens. While you do that browse around this website to get a feel for the variety of "low carb" - Is English first or second language for you? If second, some terms and phrases my be problem but ask questions for clarification

I love. Korean bbq- the spicy or soy marinated chicken and grilled pork belly are my favorites, but you can't wrong with any of the meats. Korean also eat a lot of seafood and fish, which are perfect chouces.

Enjoy the soups and the kimchi (kimch I can be cabbage, daikon, cucumber, etc....).

Eggs are another good choice.

Skip the rice and noodles, and the wine is very sugary. Also skip the beer!

With the salad, ask for no dressing and dress yourself with the sesame oil or garlic sauce that is on table.
