I use ReliOn from Walmart. The keytone test strips are about 15 cents each and the GB test strips are about 17 cents.

I just checked into those on Walmart. I think you are talking about urine testing strips. The ones that test blood ketones were $5 each when I was looking into them a few years ago. Rob's $1 is a dramatic cut in cost for the blood test version.

Relion does not test blood ketones. The only 2 I've known of up to now are Precision Ultra, the most accurate and about $4 a ketone strip or Nova Max which is about $2 per ketone strip but said to be very inaccurate, although its the one I have used but not too often because $2 a stripe is too pricey. I am trying to resist the urge to buy the new keto mojo but I'm probably going to give in one of these days. It is definitely the least expensive and said to be accurate. You can't beat .99 cents a strip. Urine ketone strips are cheap but not particularly helpful except maybe in the beginning stages of a low carb diet.
