Coconut flour is like dynamite: incredible when you get it right, a disaster if you don't

It has an incredible power to absorb liquid. That's the trick to it.

Since the original WB was published, I give the link to anyone interested for his "Wheat Belly Quick & Dirty Guide", always right on the home page, simple and FREE for anyone to read and start on the path to good health. I still recommend the original book and this one, but for the TL,DR version,
Last week Dr Davis updated his famous Q & D guide:

Wheat Belly: Quick and Dirty #3

http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/2017/...-quick-dirty-3/

He clarifies minor suggestions like the net and total carbs per meal, especially when adding pre-biotic fibers. Again it fits on one page, a great handout for anyone who thinks 20g TC a day is draconian.
Version #2 is still on website if you want to check the key points.

He has added many more short videos on specific topics/answers to questions that arise from the UnDoctored group, but are also in his newsletter, blog and posted on the Facebook page. He reviews the basics of the original WB for new people, e.g. A ten minute review of the History of Wheat. Transcripts under the video if reading is faster for you. MANY good ones!

He has been very active since the book was published, a new podcast with JJ Virgin too.

I'm surprised to see, under Enjoy: dry-roasted peanuts (not roasted in oil)

The only ones I've seen have sugar, corn syrup solids, maltodextrin on the list of ingredients. I suppose he means make them yourself.

The new Q&D guide is very useful for those getting started with LC. As always, thanks for the link. I should be visiting his site more frequently.
