Default Yoo Hoo...karen?????

I'm so glad to finally be able to obtain your new book. Now....question....
Are these recipes "gourmet" or down to earth dishes? Not that I can't cook gourmet dishes, but it's just not something I do on a daily basis.

I haven't looked, but is your book available here on this site? It would be a good idea, plus you could do signed editions (like you don't have anything else to do!).

Are both books low carb?

Are you talking about the Passionate Cook? The Low-Carb Gourmet is being released at the end of this month. It is my first low-carb cookbook.

Depends on what you mean by "gourmet". There are no recipes with truffles or foie gras, and the ingredients are pretty common in most grocery stores.

It's still to be worked out, but I will be signing books for sale. There doesn't seem to be a way to personalize them though, without an administrative assistant to keep everything in order.
