As ElizEllen quoted above, the FatFast, based on the Kekwick diet is 90% fat. Subject to the other caveats about who should use it and when, you are not eating too little but too much protein and carbs. If you just started Atkins on 2/22, unlikely your body is even fat-adapted yet! Start with Atkins induction at moderate protein and around 75% fat. If you like tracking macros, (not that you have to) aim for 75-20-5 at around 1200 cal first before trying a FatFast. Also consider No nuts, no cheese, no Splenda, or no dairy; various tweaks that work for some people.

Breakfast: 2 eggs fried in coconut oil with 4 slices nitrate free bacon. Tea with heavy cream and 1 Splenda.
Snack: 1 oz macadamia nuts
Lunch: 2 oz rib eye steak cooked in coconut oil with half avocado
Dinner: same as Lunch ( alternate between steak and chicken)

According to carb tracker app, this comes to 900 cals: 70% fat, 20% protein, 10% carbs

I dont like gyms but I walk 3 miles 2X a week

Am I eating too little? I am so frustrated.

Your fat percentage is off. You need to consume about 90% fat for the day. I recommend visiting the following websites for some ideas.

I have done it a few times.

I like to keep it simple and convenient without any cooking involved.

I have three coffees a day and i put 2tbsp (100cal) worth of cream in
each. That's 300cal
I measure out ~8oz of cream cheese that is (depends on brand)
800 cal. Liberally salt my cheese to avoid feeling week.
I eat a few bites whenever I feel hungry throughout the day.

This gives me ~1100cal
Very simple, no fuzz, travel/work friendly. Perfect for a short 3 day fat fast.
