Default dangers of carbolite bars

hi melissa...
before you go overboard, there are a few things you need to know about these bars. i'll give you a brief version, but follow the links to get the whole story.

sorry to be the barer of bad news....

there are more carbs that are stated. try running the bars through the hidden carb counter in lc tools on the orange bar.

remember that sugar substitutes can promote cravings which in turn makes you eat more.

eating too much of the bars can lead to, shall i say, intestinal disturbance.

i know for me i can not eat these. i eat too much then i'm in the bathroom too much.

hope this helps.
regards,
brenda

MALTITOL

if you use the search function at the top of the page, you will find many, many a post on the subject.
good luck to you, and as always remember that your milage may vary.
regards,
brenda
