I would like to make sugar free jelly/jams can guar gum be used
& does anyone have recipe?

Apple, you can make refrigerator jam with Knorr Gelatin. The recipe is on the box, just substitute the sugar for Splenda.

You can buy no-sugar jam pectin, just look in the canning section of the grocery store. The directions are on the inside of the box. Canning is easy and cheap! I've also made some delish sugar-free zucchini relish.

Does anyone have a recommendation as too which of these taste the best? If you have made them could you give y our review of them. I want to make some but dont want to mix these all up and find out that they taste yucky. thanks

Kathjef, just wanted to thank you personally for posting these online. I have tried the pancake mix (with Atkins mix # 1) and they turned out great!

Just bumping this for the benefit of those who are looking for basic mixes and syrups. I've made the "Like DaVinci" syrups several times and they really are great! If you don't have liquid sucralose, I would imaging that the equivalent amount of Splenda packets or granular would also work, but it would also add a few carbs per serving.
