Default Salsa Recipe

~Salsa Recipe~

WG Triscuits replace chips for me.
I also use this as a dippin' sauce for veggies, or as a salad dressin'.

SOOOO Good!

10 tomatoes

2 jalapenos (depending on the size of the tomatoes, I usually add more jalps)

3 cloves garlic

½ c. cilantro (add more or less to taste)

1 c. chopped onion (I use more onion than that)

Salt

Core tomatoes, cut off stems of jalapenos.
Broil or grill whole for 15 minutes (7-8 minutes each side)

Put tomatoes, jalapenos, garlic cloves, cilantro, onion and salt in food processor or blender.

Liquefy to desired consistency

Refrigerate 1 hr.
